Hey, I'm Steph.

I bring over 20 years of experience in personal development and an extensive knowledge of psychology and quantum physics, and I am currently earning my Neuroscience Coaching certification. I have been coaching women full time since 2019, I bring over a decade in high ticket sales, and in my mindset work I use neuroscience and quantum physics to help women rewire the beliefs and patterns that keep them playing small.
