Terms & Conditions of Purchase

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the purchase and use of services provided by Stephanie Starr / SoulBiz (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By completing your purchase, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be legally bound by the terms set out below.


1. Services Provided

Upon purchase, the Client will receive the digital service selected at checkout, which may include but is not limited to:

Social media content and bio audit

Strategic business analysis

Personalized video and/or written audit materials

One-to-one strategy consultation via Zoom (if included)

Services are educational and strategic in nature and do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, or psychological advice.


2. Scheduling

After purchase:

A confirmation email will be sent with next steps.

The Company will contact the Client to schedule the Session at a mutually agreed time.

The Session must be scheduled within 60 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to schedule within this period may result in forfeiture of the Session without refund.


3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Provide accurate and complete information.

Submit required links and materials promptly.

Attend scheduled calls at the agreed time.

Maintain respectful and professional communication.

Failure to provide required materials may delay service delivery without liability to the Company.



4. No Refund Policy (Strictly Enforced)

All purchases are final.

Due to the digital and personalized nature of the services provided, no refunds, partial refunds, credits, or exchanges will be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind

Failure to complete intake forms

Failure to attend scheduled calls

Perceived lack of results

Business performance outcomes

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are waiving any right to request a refund, chargeback, or payment dispute except where required by applicable law.



5. Rescheduling Policy

Strategy calls may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Failure to attend a scheduled call without notice will result in forfeiture of the session without refund or replacement.



6. Intellectual Property

All materials, audits, recordings, documents, frameworks, and recommendations provided remain the intellectual property of the Company.

The Client receives a personal, non-transferable license for individual business use only.

You may not:

Share

Resell

Distribute

Reproduce

Teach or repurpose materials commercially

without prior written consent.



7. Results Disclaimer

The Company makes no guarantees regarding business growth, income, audience growth, or financial outcomes.

Results vary based on numerous factors including implementation, market conditions, experience, and external variables beyond the Company’s control.



8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of British Columbia and Canada:

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic losses arising from the use of services, including loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service purchased.



9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing, you agree to contact the Company first to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks constitute a breach of this Agreement and may result in collection action and recovery of associated costs where permitted by law.


10. Confidentiality

All client information shared during the audit or strategy session will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without consent, except where required by law.



11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively within the courts of British Columbia.



12. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your purchase and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
